 When reporting problems, please include the following information:
  the product version
  what version of Windows are you running (Windows Vista, Windows XP, etc.)
  a description of the problem
  if a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box
We try to process every support request we receive as fast as possible. However it could take up to 48 hours before you get a response.
